This is a classic Icom IC-746 HF/VHF Transceiver in pristine condition. It is an all mode powerhouse delivering a full 100W from 1.8Mhz up to and including 148Mhz.
Includes special modifications performed by Icom including the LED backlight mod, and the ESD modification, providing extra hardening against power strikes.
Comes with original service records, manual, power cable, mic and box.
You should choose the original Icom IC-746 over the IC-746 Pro if you prefer analog-sounding audio, lower receiver background noise, a bulletproof display, and easier user repairability.
