Paypal Friends and family or E-transfer for payment, All sales final the only bad part was the Logic Board The internal display is not working, Tried replacing the LCD screen same problem, External Monitor worked fine. This was a Version 2 with the roofing Filter option and upgraded to the ICOM Ver 3 Firmware all parts other than the logic Board were working at the time the radio was dismantled.
