Plus also includes the rotor controller is new in box (never used) from Green Heron Engineering. Includes AC Data Systems Over-Voltage Protection modules for the rotor power and pulse-counting leads also. $3,500 for rotor and controller, rotor plate assembly (with brackets) and over-voltage protection modules.
