It has UHF band receive. I could hear local stations and measured the transmitter output power into a resistive 50 ohm load at 15 watts high, 5 watts mid and 3 watts low, which is low compared to the specification of 50 watts on high. It does have TONES (CTCSS). The memory and display are good. Not all functions were tested. The mounting bracket and power cable are included. It is being sold AS IS!
