ANTHF - 40 Meter Loading Coil A 40 meter coil intended to be used with a 17ft telescoping whip (e.g. CHA SS17, MFJ 1979, WRC 17ft whip). Body is constructed of schedule-40 PVC and all stainless steel hardware. The coil is enameled 14 AWG copper covered in marine-grade heat-shrink tubing. Thread size is 3/8"-24. Product weighs in at 8.5 ounces. This loading coil is a great addition to any amateur radio setup, especially for those who are into portable operations (POTA, SOTA, Field Day, etc.).
