US Tower RMC-1000 Tower Controller with limit Switch so you can raise and lower tower from the comfort of your shack. And yes the tower motor drive is included.
The only thing needed are J bolts rebar and concrete to make your dream come true.

Tower is on ground on blocks ready for pickup.
