Ad Message:	Hello:. just got a heathkit sb-230 in good condition but with issues. prior owner had it working with about 450 watts out using 75watts drive(tube is good) which i think is about right, so he decided to replace the caps With 6 new 220mfd 500vdc to try to get more output so he turned on and show about 2400vdc in the meter but after a while the meter died "no smoke".. i opened it up and yes there is HVDC and plenty of it going to the plate, dont ask me how i test it!!! l learn the hard way LOL… it hurt!!! so i place an old HVDC tester to check, and the picture show the reading from plate.. i do not have any schematic and the ones in the webb are too small for me to read nor i have the ability to work any more in this equipment..all that said I know there are people here than can help.. Oh forgot to mentioned that I check the meter selector switch and some voltage divider.resistors as well as diodes..tested good any suggestions will be really appreciated.. 73’s Hiram.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
