| Heading: | BENDIX KING M-150 Programming Question |
| Ad Message: | I am seeking fellow Public Safety hams out there that may be able to save me some time. Our county fire department runs the BK M-150 mobiles. These radios are very hot on TX audio to the point of distortion. Their "radio department" has not addressed this after numerous requests from our dispatchers. Our battalion chief arranged for us to look into it and we found the radio mic gain "out of the box" is too hot for noisy backgrounds. If you know where to set the mic gain (for analog) in the BK Program please let me know. Thanks and 73! Russ NK6R |
