Ad Message:	Be careful if/when making a purchase from K1RAN. I purchased a Receiver from here on QTH from him, he represented it to be in excellent condition and working as it should, upon arrival I discovered the display lights are out and it has the dreaded display blinking...indicating the PLL in unlocked. I emailed him to advise and he would only state "worked fine for me" he offered NO assistance...I am in process of the Paypal resolution center in order to be reimbursed...I did ship the receiver back to him, he refused to accept the delivery, so it sits at an access point waiting for him to pick it up. I am not saying he is a bad person...just be careful...

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
