8877/3CX1500A7 Ceramic Triode: This is an Eimac 8877 in very good condition. It has been tested (heater, filament, anode, cathode) with a multimeter, and for full power out in an Alpha 9500. It has a date code beginning with P (1985=A), or year 2000. The anode, ceramics and pins are clean, but there is some purely cosmetic tarnish on the outside of the heatsink which appears to have been the principal anode connection point. There was still plenty of headroom when I tested at 1500W, so I would expect peaks of 2kW and higher with this tube. The packaging is not Eimac retail, consistent with NATO stockpile.
