BC-224H with Dynamotor and FT-154 rack: Twelve-volt version of the BC-348.
Includes:
- The FT-154 Shock Mount
- Original DM-24F dynamotor
- PL-103Q power plug on the FT-154
The receiver is in excellent condition. However...
1. The Antenna and Ground binding posts are mounted on a small plate to "unconvert" from SO-239 mod.
2. There is an RCA female connector (1/4 inch hole) next to the two "Tel" (phone) jacks.
3. The internal male power connector has been unwired (why?) and needs to be put back into its original configuration. Not a problem. Inside is a note from Henry Engstrom to that effect.
Other than that, no internal mods or hacking; no components removed. All-in-all the receiver is just about ready to go. Not checked. Aside from the LV wiring, all BC-224 parts are interchangeable with the BC-348. I will provide a digital copy of the full manual.
