WANTED: Ameritron AL-811 AMP in W WA: I am wanting a 600 watt HF Amp, like the AL-811.
I know I don't really need it, since 600 watts is just one S-unit over barefoot. But I want to be a member of the QRO club, if only for a bit. And I don't want to pay much.
Shipping an amp is expensive and damage-prone, so I am looking for one for sale near my home in Olympia WA. I am prepared to drive 100 miles to meet up.

FS: OM Power OM4000A: Selling my OM4000A as solid state amps better suite my operating style.
The OM4000A is just back from OM Power's U.S. service center, and has had two new tubes matched by OM Power installed. It is in excellent condition with now scratches or other issues. Inside, it is bright and shiny, and is a joy to look at.
To give you a sense of the overhead this amp has, into my Alpha 2000 dummy load, I measured the following with an LP-700 wattmeter:
160m 9.1 in/801 out 13 in/1299 out / 17.1 in / 19.5 out / 25.1 in / 3268 out
10m: 12.5 watts in/2012 watts out.
Included with the amp is the OM4000A remote control unit, which allows you to turn it on/off, put it in standby/online, and also displays the power. Additionally, there is an embroidered cover to keep it dust-free. The original box and packing materials are included also.
$6300 - get it before the tariffs kick in. An OM4001A (the successor to the OM4000A) is currently $9,300 at DXE.

FS/Trade Collins 204F-1: I am selling my Collins 204F-1 amplifier. This amplifier uses a pair of 4CX-1000 tubes. It will tune 2 to 30 MHz continuous. Collins reports the duty cycle as 24/7, at 2.5 KW. This amplifier is in very good condition. It was built for the military with heavy duty components, and vacuum relays. Much better built than anything sold in today’s market. No displays, IC’s or proprietary software that becomes unobtainable. There is a lot of information on the internet on this amplifier. Pick up in Northwest Oklahoma. It is big and heavy. Sold as is, working. Selling for 3000.00. I would also consider a trade for a good working Solid State amplifier.
